  6. Ub isy 3 minute fry krn Ub is MN adrak lehson paste add krn osy 3 minute.
  7. Ub is main haldi, Dhaniya powder, Pisi laal mirch or namak add Kar ke achi trhn 4 minute bhonain.
  8. Ub is MN tomatoes ka paste add Kar ke 3 minute bhonain.
  9. Ub is MN dahi add Kar ke achi trhn bhonain itna ke oil separate hojy Yani 15 sa 20 minute medium flame par.
  10. Ub is MN ehtiyat sa fry fish dalain or slowly bhonain 3 minute Ub Kitna gravy krni hai otna Pani add Kar ke phly high flame krn jub boil ajy to low flame par 15 minutes kiye chordain.
  11. Ub agar salan ka pani dry hojy means oil upar ajy or salan near to cook ho to is MN green chillies chopped or Pisa garam masala bh add krdain or 2 minute baad chopped hara Dhaniya bh add krdain or 2 minute baad flame off krdain.
