- You need 1 piece of sweet potato.
- Prepare 2 of large onions.
- You need 3 of tomatoes.

- Use 1 of large hoho.
- Get 1 of dhania.

- Boil the chicken till tender.

- In a blender,add tomatoes, ginger,garlic,carrots,courgette, hoho and some of the chicken broth and blend to a smooth puree.
- In the chicken add 2tablespoons of oil and the chopped onions…cook till onions are translucent.
- Add in the sweet potato after peeling and chopping into cubes and stir….
- Add in all the spices,mixing ensuring all contents are coated….
- Cook for a minute then add in the blended vegetables and stir…cooking on high heat for ten minutes covered.
- Use part of the chicken broth(ensuring its hot)and mix with the peanut butter and stir to a paste… And add…stir evenly.
