  1. You need 1/2 kg of Chicken mince.
  2. Get of Cauliflower 1 kg cut into florets.
  3. Get 1/2 cup of Oil.
  4. Take of Onions 2 sliced.

  6. Provide of Tomatoes 2 sliced.

  15. Get of Green chillies 2 sliced.

Instructions to make Gobi qeema:

  1. Put oil, fry onions till golden. Add in ginger/garlic paste and stir for few seconds..
  2. Next add in tomatoes along with salt, red chilli powder, haldi, zeera and coriander powder with 1/4 cup water and cook till oil comes on top..
  3. Then add in chicken minced ac and fry till colour changes on high heat for as about 10 minutes..
  4. Add in cauliflower florets and put it on dum for 15 to 20 minutes till done..
  5. Add in ginger, green chillies and again cover for 5 minutes..
  6. Dish out, sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves..
