- Use 200 of gms gram flour.

- Take of Pinch asafetida.

- At first in a bowl put the gram flour, add a pinch of turmeric, salt, 2tbs sugar, semolina and 1tbs refined oil. Mix the ingredients gradually add water and make a thick batter and let it rest for 10- 15 minutes.
- Turn on the gas and put on a kadai. Pour 2 glasses of water and place a stand and let it boil. Until then with a brush and a little oil grease the plate.
- When the water gets boil add eno to the batter and mix it so that it becomes puffy then pour the batter in the plate then tap it and put it in kadai and cover it with lid and cook it for 20 minutes..
