  1. Take 3 cups of rice.
  2. Get 100 ml of Vegetable Oil.
  3. You need 1 tablespoon of curry masala.
  4. You need 2 cups of chicken stock.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of Runner Beans.
  6. Use 2 of medium sized green bell peppers.
  7. Use 5 pcs of Green chilli pepper.
  8. Prepare 5 pcs of Green Habanero pepper.
  9. You need 1 of medium can sweet corn.
  10. Use 1 of large spring onion.
  11. Use 1 of small red onion.
  12. You need 5 of medium carrots.
  13. You need 1 of medium can kidney beans.
  14. Take 2-3 pcs of sausages.
  15. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Lasor Fried Rice seasoning.
  16. Use 2 of Stock cubes.
  17. Get of Salt (To taste).

Instructions to make Fried rice and Baked Chicken:

  1. Wash rice with 1 tablespoon of salt and hit water thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Wash and chop up the, sausages, red and spring onion, carrots and green pepper.
  3. Blend the green chilli and habanero peppers and set aside.
  4. Wash the runner beans and get the remaining ingredients ready.
  5. In a cooking pot add in the chicken stock, top up with 1 cup of water, bring to boil, then pour in the washed rice and 1 stock cube, the fried rice seasoning, half a teaspoonful curry powder, then salt. Cover and cook till done & water dries up..
  6. In a different saucepan over medium heat, heat up your vegetable oil.
  7. Add in the chopped spring onion and sauté for a few minutes minutes, add in the blended green peppers and allow to fry for about 2 minutes.
  8. Add in the chopped carrots, kidney beans and runner beans and fry for a few seconds. Then add the remaining stock cubes allow a few seconds and pit off the cooking heat..
  9. Note: sweet corn and green bell pepper should be added last to help retain their color.
  10. Finally, in a bigger saucepan or pot, combine the already cooked rice and sauce over lower heat(so that you don't overcook the veggies) Don't forget to add in the sweet corn and green bell pepper thus time.
  11. Taste and adjust taste with salt if necessary and remember not to mix too much so the rice doesn't mash up,then put off the cooking heat.
